Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All clients are asked to leave a card on file upon booking for the first time. The card will not be charged unless clients cancel with less than 48 hours notice or if the client no-shows their appointment. There are NO exceptions. The cancellation fee is 50% of the service. If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please do NOT attend your appointment but reach out to the spa or your service provider to reschedule. If you show up feeling unwell, you will be turned away and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
GRACE PERIOD:
If you are more than 7 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the cancellation fee.
EXTRA GUESTS:
We do NOT allow extra guests to attend your appointment. They will be asked to wait elsewhere.
CHILDREN:
As we are a spa that relies on a peaceful atmosphere and have lots of potentially dangerous equipment, we do not allow children under the age of 12. There are NO exceptions.

Here at SKIN by The Nest we pride ourselves on being a safe and inclusive space for all. We will not tolerate hate of any kind, harmful language, or behavior. Failure to act accordingly may result in you being asked to leave our establishment.
